Mr. Benjamin Cha is the Founder and Chair of Seradac Foundation, a newly established organisation focused on supporting thought leadership and projects in the areas of contemporary art and visual culture, Hong Kong within a global context, and the built environment. Mr. Cha was previously Chief Executive, Asia for UK based Grosvenor Group, from 2014-2022, prior to that the Head of Global Real Estate, Greater China and Managing Director at UBS Global Asset Management, also serving as Co-CEO for its UBS/Gemdale joint venture. Prior to these roles, Mr CHA was Executive Director and Head of HKR Asia-Pacific for Hong Kong based developer HKR International. Ben serves on the boards of various Cha Group companies including HKR International, as well as on the boards of the Urban Land Institute, M+ museum, Tai Kwun, and the Asia Art Archive. Mr CHA has a master’s degree of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.
