Douglas Wu is based in Hong Kong with a background in real estate investment and architecture. He is currently Executive Director of Fairland Holdings, a private real estate development company focused on value-add projects to refurbish and reposition older buildings in Hong Kong and overseas.

Recent projects include refurbishment of the Fairview Park Town Centre neighborhood mall, and creating a new branded series of lifestyle buildings ‘Spark City’ located in Cheung Sha Wan & Mongkok. Upcoming projects also include upgrading a 40,000 sqft neighborhood mall in To Kwa Wan.

Douglas obtained a Master of Architecture at Harvard University. He is the co-Chair of ULI NEXT HK and on the Executive Committee of ULI UrbanPlan. Douglas also serves on the Board of Governors at the ISF Academy in Hong Kong, and is a Founding Patron of M+ Museum.
