Kristine Li currently holds the position of Deputy General Manager of Portfolio Leasing Department at Henderson Land Development. She helps oversees the Group’s investment properties in Hong Kong and leads the launch of new retail and asset enhancement projects.
One of Henderson’s significant projects she spearheads is H Queen’s, which is developed with the unique vision to bring together the best of international art and lifestyle ventures in the heart of the city. Opening in 2018, the project is the first vertical, purpose-built gallery building in Hong Kong.
Ms. Li is also an Executive Director of Citistore (HK) Limited under Henderson Investment Limited, a listed subsidiary of the Group.
Ms. Li holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, USA. She worked in the investment banking industry prior to joining Henderson Land. She is a member of the Y. Elites Association, the Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association, Young Presidents’ Organisation NextGen, Hong Kong Pei Hua Education Foundation, and a committee member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group. She was awarded the Most Promising Young Lady by Hong Kong Tatler in 2016 and the Women of Hope Awards under the category of “Art and Culture” by the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation in 2017. Ms. Li is the eldest grandchild of Dr Lee Shau Kee, Chairman of Henderson Land Group.
