Executive Director, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services CBRE-AP

Ada is the Head of Advisory & Transaction (A&T) Services, Hong Kong. She oversees all the A&T business lines including Office Services, Retail, Industrial & Logistics Services, Workplace, and Transaction Management. She is also CBRE HK ExCo member. Our +130 real estate professionals across these 5 teams providing real estate strategic advice and solution execution to both tenants and landlords. Ada ensure her teams are equipped with the best skillset and support to best serve our clients by fostering market-leading practices and provide exceptional services. Professional Experience With over 23 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Ada has built a strong industry network and worked across a wide segments of the business allowing her to understand full spectrum of the real estate business. Her focus is on creating exceptional results for our clients and building successful teams to grow CBRE business. Prior to this role, Ada has led our Greater China Sales Management and Pitch Management teams with focus on streamlining business efficiency and sales operation process driving for optimal productivities; she was also our Business Development Director for Project Management Team. Ada is a chartered Town Planner (RTPI) and chartered Surveyor (RICS), she had worked in the Government (Town Planning Offices and Town Planning Board) as well as in Sales and Marketing role for International properties firm. Ada holds LLB (Law) degree from Manchester Metropolitan University/HKU Space; and Town Planning degree from University College London (UCL), UK, she also has her Master degree in Urban Design from UCL, UK. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Ada is a DE&I role model within CBRE and in the industry. As one of the CBRE Ambassadors, Ada represents the market in CBRE GOT ETHICS Campaign! championing and pushing forward DE&I in CBRE. She chaired CBRE’s Inclusion Council and played a key role in driving the 50/50 Balance for Better campaign. Externally Ada co-chairs the WLI (Women’s Leadership Initiative) since 2023, leading initiatives and events that promote D&I in the industry.
