Director Hong Kong China Rugby
Brett is an Independent Director of Hong Kong China Rugby, and was Producer of the Gay Games Hong Kong in 2023. He has worked for more than 40 years in the government, media and PR sectors including 15 years in HKSARG Directorate roles leading high-level communications strategy, PR, branding, marketing and international stakeholder engagement. He has served on the Major Sports Events Committee (MSEC) and the previous Mega Events Fund, and was involved in the organisation of the 2018 Volvo Ocean Race, Hong Kong’s programme for 2010 Sanghai World Expo, 2009 East Asian Games, 2008 Olympic Equestrian Events and the 2005 WTO Ministerial Meeting. He has lived in Hong Kong for 34 years and enjoys hiking in the country parks.
