Cheryl has over 12 years of experience within the real estate and construction industry. At Crane Capital, Cheryl is responsible for the oversight of development-related projects within Asia Pacific, whilst driving sustainability initiatives across the real-estate portfolio. Prior to joining Crane Capital, Cheryl worked for leading architecture, engineering and project management consultancies. Architect by profession, she diverse experience delivering projects from residential, rail, commercial to conservation, spanning Asia Pacific, EMEA and North America. Cheryl is chartered by the Royal Institute of British Architects, Architects Registration Board and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
