Christopher is a Senior Director in JLL’s Asia Capital Markets team, and he is Head of Institutional Capital and Head of Logistics & Industrial in the Hong Kong Capital Markets team, where he plays a key role in the coverage of investors in Greater China and across the region.
He is focused on the origination and execution of large En-bloc or portfolio transactions for global and regional clients across the capital stack. He has over 15 years of professional experience in real estate, finance, funds management, and professional accounting.
In recent years, Christopher has originated and completed multiple transactions in the industrial and logistics sector in Greater China on behalf of sellers ranging from institutional investors, large corporates, and HNWIs. He has also advised clients in capital raising exercises, debt opportunities, Opco/Propco transactions, and JV formations.
