Gladys So is a sustainability professional in real estate with over 15 years’ experience in sustainable building design, decarbonization and sustainable investing throughout Asia Pacific. She is the Executive Director for sustainable investing at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and communicating ESG+R strategies for real estate investments across Asia Pacific. She focuses on ensuring best practices, latest market dynamics, and execution of due diligence to inform the Investment Committee as well as facilitating engineering solutions for the team’s sustainable asset management activities. Gladys is a member of the ULI Hong Kong Decarbonization and Resilience Committee, passionate about making positive changes to the environment.
