Jiwon is an ESG consultant at Colliers, with commercial real estate as her main expertise. She specializes in developing ESG strategies, supporting APAC investors with TCFD, Net-Zero, GRESB, green building certification, pre-investment ESG due diligence and ESG reporting. Jiwon has spearheaded ESG-integrated property valuation procedures and research to improve industry knowledge and practices. She also oversees green certification projects including LEED, WELL, SmartScore, WiredScore, across different sectors.
