Justin Chang is the third generation Managing Director of Ascot Chang, a family run business and renowned bespoke tailoring house established in Hong Kong in 1953. Known for its impeccable craftsmanship and dedication to personalized service, Ascot Chang has dressed generations of clients, creating bespoke shirts and suits that stand the test of time.
A 2008 graduate of Cornell University, Justin began his career with Ascot Chang as a Sales Associate in the New York store, where he learned the fundamentals of bespoke tailoring. In 2010, he moved to Hong Kong, taking on marketing and business development roles before becoming Managing Director in 2022. Under his leadership, he has expanded the brand's reach across Asia and developed key partnerships with top menswear retailers in the region.
