Mr. Raymond Chow

Raymond Chow is a respected business and community leader, with an extensive international career in property spanning over 35 years. After joining Hongkong Land Limited in 1994, he served as Executive Director from 2000-2022, overseeing the company’s Commercial Property division. In this role, he was responsible for management and development of the company’s USD30 billion portfolio of premier office, retail and hotel properties around the globe – which generated annual revenues of USD1 billion. His career has taken him around the world, working with international partners, customers and communities to apply global best practice in managing assets and portfolios. Raymond is a Trustee, founding member for Asia and a global leader for the Urban Land Institute; a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; serves on various professional educational bodies advising real estate investors, governments, corporates and asset managers; and holds leadership positions in a number of non-profit and charity organisations. He also serves on the Board of Ocean Park Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Simon Fraser University, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
