Tatum is a Project Director at Oval Partnership, overseeing multiple large scale cultural retail projects. She is eager to improve the built environment through bridging her passion in socio-economic development, human centric design, and creative placemaking.
Prior to returning to Hong Kong, she practiced in Kohn Pedersen Fox New York; building an array of international architecture experience. Tatum is the Project Lead of the ULI global Art in Place initiative that launched their Hong Kong pilot project in 2023. The initiative propels co-creation between real estate enterprises, creatives, and the surrounding community. Apart from AIP, she is the Co-Chair of the ULI Young Leaders Group Committee, Vice President of the Hong Kong Shanghai Women's Association, and a Board Director at the Harvard Club of Hong Kong. Tatum received her B.Arch at Cornell University and her M.Arch in Urban Design with a concentration in Real Estate at Harvard University.
