Wilfred Ma is the Head of Hong Kong Investments at Phoenix Property Investors, where he is responsible for originating real estate equity and debt investments in Hong Kong. He has executed and managed numerous real estate transactions with a total asset value exceeding US$3 billion.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the London School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Hong Kong. Additionally, he studied at Keio University in Japan.
Currently, Wilfred serves on the Steering Committee for the UrbanPlan program, an experiential learning workshop for secondary school students in Hong Kong, and is Co-chair of the Housing Committee for the Hong Kong Urban Land Institute.
