Clement Lau is the Director and Head of Development and Valuations, Commercial Property of Hongkong Land. His role includes to identify, evaluate and implement commercial property developments and investments for the Company in Hong Kong. In addition, he undertakes and oversees the valuations of the Company’s commercial investment portfolio with market value exceeding USD 33 billion at end Dec 2021 as well as the performance of the hotel properties owned by the Company.

Clement is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He was the RICS President during 2021-22.

Clement holds the degree of Bachelor of Building with Honours Class 1 from The University of New South Wales (UNSW) and Master of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He serves as a director of the UNSW Hong Kong Foundation Board, and is a member of the Industry Advisory Board under the Department of Real Estate and Construction of The University of Hong Kong.
