Fay is a Principal at Redpath Partners – a global executive search business solely services the property and real estate industry. Fay works closely with private and institutional real estate investors and property developers across Greater China, building talent capabilities for all asset classes. She holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance and previously worked at PwC. Fay is passionate about connecting ideas to reinjecting humanness between the bricks (built environment). She is currently Co-Chair of Young Leaders at ULI Hong Kong leading a key series called Reinjecting Purpose into Real Estate – with themes surrounding tech, sustainability/ ESG, and new concepts in various formats. It aims to foster opportunities for leaders in the industry and local interest groups to come together and redefine what we do to create shared and added values that innovate the way we think, work, and live.
