Tatum is currently a Senior Architectural Designer at Oval Partnership, overseeing multiple large scale cultural retail projects. Prior to returning to Hong Kong, she practiced in Kohn Pedersen Fox New York; building an array of international architecture experience, from designing and constructing commercial supertall projects in Shenzhen to masterplanning and partaking in the community engagement process of residential site in New York. To further grasp the Hong Kong real estate market, Tatum gained Capital Market experience in Colliers International which prompted her commitment to Urban Land Institute Hong Kong. She sits on the executive committee of the Young Leaders Group (YLG) and is the Project Chair of the Art in Place initiative.

Having received her Bachelor of Architecture at Cornell University and her Master of Architecture in Urban Design with a concentration in Real Estate at Harvard University, Tatum is eager to improve the built environment through bridging her passion in socio-economic development, human centric design, and creative placemaking.
