Housing is a key consideration for Hong Kong as we reposition ourselves for the future and one of ULI Hong Kong’s focus areas.

 

We are honoured and delighted to welcome Ms Winnie Ho, JP, Secretary for Housing for HKSAR, to the ULI Hong Kong Conference.Ms Ho will join Nicholas Brooke GBS JP, a former member of the Housing Authority and someone who has always shown a close interest in housing issues in Hong Kong over 40 years, for an interactive discussion of Hong Kong’s housing priorities, opportunities, strategies and projects, followed by audience Q&A.

 

We will kick off the session with a preview, from housing expert Ryan Ip, of ULI’s most recent technical assistance panel on how the private sector could build low cost housing in Hong Kong.
